  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter (1/2lb)
  • Cream togther & add 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups flour
Save a shopping List

    Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees.

    Cook until slightly browned on edge - not too long.
