This can be prepared as spicy as you like! A good, spicy dish when you have a cold!
- 1 1/2 lbs beef, cut in 2" cubes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 red chilis
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, cut in 2" lengths
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 C beer
- 2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Serve this over a bed of rice and you have a great meal!
