Oven-Fried Chicken
4 chicken legs with thighs, skinned
plain yoghurt, small container
Preheat oven to 450°F. Cover cookie sheet with tin foil and put a rack on it.
Put bread crumbs in a bowl. Season to taste (garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, cayenne).
Coat chicken pieces with yoghurt.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes.
