Oven-Fried Chicken

ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs with thighs, skinned
  • bread crumbs
  • plain yoghurt, small container

directions

  • 1

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Cover cookie sheet with tin foil and put a rack on it.

  • 2

    Put bread crumbs in a bowl. Season to taste (garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, cayenne).

  • 3

    Coat chicken pieces with yoghurt.

  • 4

    Coat with bread crumbs.

  • 5

    Bake for 45 minutes.

This is delicious and healthy - especially for a goofy girl!
