This is a Swiss Cheese Dip recipe I sent to Jill Conner Browne years ago. She ended up putting it in the two best pages of her New York Times #1 Best-Selling book, “The Sweet Potato Queen’s Big Ass Cookbook & Financial Planner." (Pp 70-71.)


  • 16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 8 oz Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1 T Green Onion, finely chopped
  • 16 slices crumbled bacon
  • 3/4 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
