Maple Gingerbread
ingredients
- 4 2/3 c flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 3 t ground ginger
- 1 t salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c maple syrup
- 2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c melted butter

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Combine dry, then combine wet, then mix together.

2. Divide between 2 greased loaf pans and bake for 40 minutes, until firm to the touch.
