Maple Gingerbread

ingredients

  • 4 2/3 c flour
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 3 t ground ginger
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c maple syrup
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c melted butter

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

    2. Combine dry, then combine wet, then mix together.

    2. Divide between 2 greased loaf pans and bake for 40 minutes, until firm to the touch.
