Bacon Wrapped CrackersAllison
This recipes seems a little odd, but, wow, it is tasty! Another Pioneer Woman recipe. It was a childhood holiday treat for her.
- 1 package Club Crackers
- 1 pound Thin Sliced Bacon (or More Depending On Number Of Crackers)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Optional Alternative: Brown Sugar Instead Of Parmesan Cheese (I have used blue cheese too!)
I usually use center-cut bacon as it is leaner. With larger slices of bacon, sometimes you can use 1/3 of a piece if you stretch it out a bit!
