Kielbasa and ApplesKathleen Bean
Great at breakfast or anytime!
- 1 package of Polish Kielbasa
- 1 large onion
- 3 Apples (2 Granny Smith, 1 yellow)
- 4 tbsp. cooking oil
Coat skillet with cooking oil so that Kielbasa will not stick or burn.
Slice Kielbasa thin and cook in skillet until done.
Slice 1 onion and combine with Kielbasa in the pan - stir frequently. (Onion should be soft and Kielbasa will be brown)
Slice apples in thin quarters and add to skillet-continue to stir.
Add sugar to taste-cook apples unti soft.
