Pound Cake with Sautéed Peaches
ingredients
Cake:- 14 1/2 oz. sugar
- 1 lb. butter, soft
- 8 oz. cream cheese, soft
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 12 eggs
- 14 1/2 oz. flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2 c peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 t cinnamon

Cake:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cream butter, sugar, and cream cheese. Stir in vanilla and eggs, then dry.

3. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Sautéed Peaches:

1. Melt butter.
- 2
2. Add the rest, toss, and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.

3. Serve over slices of pound cake.
