• CHICKEN:
• 4 C dried bread, cubed
• 1 C (2 stalks) sliced 1/2" celery
• 1/2 C butter or margarine, melted
• 1 C (2 medium) onions, chopped
• 1/4 C lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 4-5 lb roasting chicken
• GLAZE
• 1/4 C honey
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
