Aunt Jay’s Chicken Salad
My sweet niece Tina requested that my chicken salad recipe be in this book. She still remembers having it at my house all those years ago! Enjoy!
- 6 large split chicken breast with the bone
- Finely cut celery- add celery to taste
- 3 apples cut in cubes. I usually use Yellow Delicious
- Seedless grapes and nuts such as pecans are optional
