Gingered Shrimp Kabobs
Great summer BBQ dish. I like to double the marinade to have more dipping sauce after. Serve with rice or couscous.
ingredients
- Bag of large shrimp, defrosted
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion and another 6 green onions chopped in (2 inch pieces)
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 mango (peeled, seeded and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes)
- 1 medium green pepper (cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup honey
