Rhubarb Pie Filling
1¼ lb.s rhubarb stalks, cut in 1" pieces
1 pt. strawberries, quartered
½ c sugar
1 T cornstarch
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
1. Toss all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.
2. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
