Wild Rice Casserole

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 C wild rice mixture
  • 1/2# mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 C blanced almonds
  • 3 C broth

    Combine in skillet & brown until rice looks yellow in color.

    Add 3 cups broth

  • 3

    Pour into casserole dish

  • 4

    Bake 350 degrees for 90 min.
