Sausage Balls

Everyone knows and loves these. You can please any man with a few sausage balls! If you want to make Kyle’s “Cajun” version... add some Tony Chachere’s.
ingredients
- 1 lbs Owens sausage (Hot if you like)
- 2 C Bisquick
- 1/2 lbs (2 C) sharp cheddar, grated
directions

Preheat oven to 375°
- 2
Mix all ingredients by hand and roll into balls. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, may need an extra 5 minutes.
