  • 1 10 oz Cole Slaw Fine Shred Cabbage
  • 1 can drained blackbeans
  • 2 cans drained corn
  • 6 to 7 scallions, green and white part, sliced
  • 1 1/2 to 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Ranch dressing
