- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 3/4 cup lavender honey (purchased at Williams Sonoma)
