Tortellini Soup

servings:Serves 8


  • 2C Chopped Chicken Cooked
  • 2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • 4 Stalks Chopped Celery
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 Small Package Chopped Broccoli
  • 3 Large Carrots Chopped
  • 2T Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1t Basil and Oregano
  • 1/2t Tarragon
  • 3T Olive Oil
  • 2qt Chicken Broth
  • 10oz Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1-10oz of Water
  • 2 10oz Fresh Cheese Tortellini


Cook vegetables in 3T oil until onions are glossy. Bring broth, cream of chicken soup, and water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook 30 minutes. Add herbs 10 minutes before end of 30 minutes. Simmer 10 minutes and serve.
