Sugar Cookie Bundt CakeLisa
This cake truly tastes like a soft sugar cookie. Emily’s friend Andrea shared this recipe with us.
- 1 C soft butter
- 3 c sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients; mix after each ingredient.
Grease and flour bundt pan; crisco works well.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve with whip cream and strawberries.
I found it the best when it has cooled completely.
