  • 4 yellow onions, chopped and caramelized in grape seed oil and 2 tbs. butter
  • 1 1/3 lbs. ham, chopped (can also do cooked veggies, bacon)
  • 5 oz. or more of goat cheese (can do boursin, cheddar, or swiss)
  • 18 whole large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Onion confitti
  • salt
  • pepper
