Breakfast Frittata
ingredients
- 4 yellow onions, chopped and caramelized in grape seed oil and 2 tbs. butter
- 1 1/3 lbs. ham, chopped (can also do cooked veggies, bacon)
- 5 oz. or more of goat cheese (can do boursin, cheddar, or swiss)
- 18 whole large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- Onion confitti
- salt
- pepper
