This makes a lot so you can freeze 1 meatloaf unbaked. Thaw completely when cooking and bake covered for 45 mins and uncovered for 45 mins.

- 3 (1-ounce) slices white bread
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup (4 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomato sprinkles
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 pounds ground turkey breast
- 2 large eggs
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup red currant jelly
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
