Crab Cakes
serve with Creole sauce
ingredients
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 T. mayo
- 1 T. chopped parsley
- 1 T. chopped dill
- 2 T. oil
- 2 T. creole seasoning
- breadcrumbs
- Dipping sauce:
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 t. dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. dill, roughly chopped.
- salt, cayenne, white pepper to taste.
