  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3 T. mayo
  • 1 T. chopped parsley
  • 1 T. chopped dill
  • 2 T. oil
  • 2 T. creole seasoning
  • breadcrumbs
  • Dipping sauce:
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 t. dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. dill, roughly chopped.
  • salt, cayenne, white pepper to taste.
