Baked Pork Chops

Ok, I’ll admit, not the healthiest, but oh.so.good. Fork tender, no knife needed.
ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Italian Herb Seasoning
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced (half a cup or so)
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of mushrooms, or one cup sliced fresh
- 1/4 cup milk + 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1/3 cup white wine or chicken stock
- 1/3 cup apple juice
