Whiskey Sweets

ingredients
- 1 lb can sweet potatoes, drained or 2 baked sweet potatoes, mashed
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup 10x sugar
- 3T butter
- 1/3 cup brandy
- Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients, beat well. Pour in greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
notes
If you double recipe or make ahead, be sure to beat ingredients well before you put in the oven. This often takes longer than expected, ESP. if you double.
