ingredients
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry red wine (i use more)
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dill weed

I like to use this recipe for bison flank steak that I get from the farmer’s market – bison is very tender, and healthier & more eco friendly than beef.
