Slow Cooked Carmita’s
A great filler for tacos, enchiladas and burritos. This filling is also great combined with your favorite barbecue sauce and served on buns.
ingredients
- Boneless pork shoulder roast 4 pounds or more
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp crumbled dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- bay leaves
- 2 cups chicken broth
