Garlic Mashed PotatoesMelissa

- 2 pounds Russet potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 5 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1.5 sticks unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 cups half-and-half, warmed
1. Place potatoes and garlic in saucepan.
2. Cover by one inch with cold water. Bring to boil and reduce. Cook till soft.
3. Mash potatoes.
4. Add in butter and half-and-half. Salt to taste.
