- 2 cups (300g) plain (all-purpose) flour, sifted
- 1 tbs baking powder, sifted
- 1 cup (220g) caster (superfine) sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups (320g) frozen raspberries
- 1 cup (175g) roughly chopped white chocolate
- icing (confectioner’s) sugar, for dusting
