Ingredients

Sos
  • 300 g pancete
  • 300 g (praške) šunke
  • 4 jajeta
  • 4 čena belog luka
  • 150 g tvrdog kačkavaqa
  • 300 ml pavlake
  • Maslinovo ulje
  • Origano
  • Ruzmarin
Prilog
  • Parmezan

directions

Izdinstaju se panceta i beli luk na maslinovom ulju. Zatim se sipa pavlaka. Kada se smeša zagreje, doda se izrendani kačkavalj, jaja, šunka i začini se solju, biberom i po želji origanom i/ili ruzmarinom. Meša se dok se sve to ne zagreje i pomešati sa paralelno skuvanim špagetama.
