David Morganstern, the Creative Director at D’Arcy LA, found this recipe in New York magazine. It was a contest winner. He always offered to buy the ingredients if I would make it and bring to work.

  • 4 8-oz. containers whipped cream cheese
  • 16 ounces of sour cream
  • 1/4 pound (1 stick) sweet butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
