That Champion Cheesecake
David Morganstern, the Creative Director at D’Arcy LA, found this recipe in New York magazine. It was a contest winner. He always offered to buy the ingredients if I would make it and bring to work.
ingredients
- 4 8-oz. containers whipped cream cheese
- 16 ounces of sour cream
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) sweet butter
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
