- 7 to 8 uncooked manicotti
- 1 egg
- 2 cups farmer’s cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1/2 pound ground beef or pork sausage
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 to 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, chredded or sliced
