Jumbo Shrimp Wrapped in Proscuitto di Parma
These tasty shrimp can be served as hors d’oeuvres or as an entree with grilled vegetables.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2T dry white wine vinegar
- 3T chopped fresh basil
- 1T chopped garlic
- 1 lb large shrimp (13 to 15 /lb), peeled and deveined w/tails on
- 8 to 10 pcs Proscuitto di Parma, sliced very thin
