• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1 cup undrained crushed pineapple
• 1 cup shopper walnuts
• 2 cups shredded carrots
• Icing: 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 cups confectioner’s sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
