Grandma’s DelightDebiann Hyman
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub cool whip (1 cup for 2nd layer)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 packages coconut cream pudding (small)
- 3 cups of milk
- bag of coconut
1st layer: Mix together flour, butter, sugar & nuts and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
2nd layer: Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese and cool whip, spread evenly over crust.
3rd layer: Mix coconut cream pudding and milk (cook as usual) spread over 2nd layer
4th layer: add cool whip and toasted coconut
