• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 cup unsalted butter(set 10 min. out of frig.), cut small chunks
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 large Yolks
• 1/2 cup toasted pecans
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Buttercream Filling
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter, slightly softened
• 2 1/4 cups confectioner’s sugar
• 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (plus 2 teaspoons)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
