Banana "Nut" Bread
With or without nuts, your choice.
ingredients
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 3 Cups Bisquick mix
- 3/4 Cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup fully ripened mashed bananas (2 to 3 bananas)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix sugar, milk and Bisquick. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Batter may be still slightly lumpy. Stir in nuts. Pout into well greased loaf pan, 9x5x3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes., until tootpick stuck in center comes out clean. Crack in top is typical. Cool before slicing.
