Baked Meat Balls

These can be used for meatball sandwiches, appetizers(with toothpick and bbq sauce) or added to spaghetti.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced onion (or fresh onion diced small)
  • 3 slices bread (cubed)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lbs ground beef

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Beat eggs with milk. Stir in onion, bread and seasonings. Add beef and mix well. Shape 1/4 cup mixture into ball; shape the rest approximately same size. Place in shallow pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
