Baked Meat Balls

These can be used for meatball sandwiches, appetizers(with toothpick and bbq sauce) or added to spaghetti.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced onion (or 1/2 to 1 cup (to taste) fresh onion diced small)
  • 3 slices bread (cubed)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lbs ground beef

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Beat eggs with milk. Stir in onion, bread and seasonings. Add beef and mix well. Shape into meatball sized balls of same size. Place in shallow pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
