PB Popcorn Balls
They’re GOOD!
ingredients
- 1/4 C butter
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 2/3 C corn syrup
- 1/2 C peanut butter
- 1 t vanilla
- 8 C popcorn
directions

Melt butter over low heat over medium heat.

Add next 3 ingredients stirring until mixture reaches soft crack stage
- 3
(275-280 degrees) or approx. 3 minutes after reaching boil.

Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until well combined.

Add popcorn and form into balls. Set these on wax paper to cool then
- 6
wrap individually in plastic wrap.
notes
*note* If you want your popcorn balls more chewy than crunchy just cook the sugar mixture until all brown sugar is dissolved.
