7 Minute Frosting

Great as a frosting for cakes or brownies.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar or 1 tablespoon white corn syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

notes
This is the exact recipe to use for coconut ccake. Just use a white boxed cake (2 layers) and put pineapple and coconut in with the frosting in between the layers. You can put coconut on top and sides of cake also.
