Banana Oat Breakfast Cookie
Susan made a bunch for us and they disappeared way too fast! I make them smaller so they have a chance to last longer. Breakfast on the run, or a snack, a winner.
ingredients
- 1 large Banana, mashed (1/2 Cup)
- 1/2 Cup Chunky Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1/2Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 Cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1/4 Cup Wheat Germ (optional)
- 1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seed (optional)
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Cup dried Cranberries or Raisins
