Susan made a bunch for us and they disappeared way too fast! I make them smaller so they have a chance to last longer. Breakfast on the run, or a snack, a winner.

ingredients

  • 1 large Banana, mashed (1/2 Cup)
  • 1/2 Cup Chunky Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/2Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Wheat Germ (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seed (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup dried Cranberries or Raisins
