ingredients

  • Place in a large glass or pottery bowl;
  • 1 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast (sprinkle over water)
  • 1 cup sourdough starter (mix in)
  • Allow to rest at least 10 minutes.
  • Stir vigorously into above mixture for several minutes using a wooden spoon.
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 cup tsp. salt
  • 1 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
