7 Layer Mediterranean Dip
Perfect for bbqs, potlucks or any occasion where you need a great snack.
- 2 bricks cream cheese (light ok)
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 jar kalamata olives, pitted and finely chopped
- 1 tub favorite hummus (TJ’s med. is great for this)
- 6 persian cucumbers, medium chopped
- 1/2 pound feta, crumbled
- 1 pound cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced in half
Serve with baked pita chips and carrot sticks.
