- House of Audrey spicey breading (comes in a bag)
- drained oysters
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C water
In cast iron skillet melt crisco shortening (DO NOT USE VEGIE OIL)
get temperture to 375 degrees
Mix 50% Audrey fllour mixture and 50% flour together well . Dip oysters in flour than dip in egg mixture and than re-dip in flour mixture.
Place in oil and cook until crispy and golden brown.
