• 1 cup green peppers
• 1 Bermuda onion chopped
• 1 box frozen peas
• 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 pt Hellman’s mayo
• 2-3 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
