Perfect Turkey BurgersErica Downing
These are the best turkey burgers. They are always moist and they freeze wonderfully.
- 1/3 cup Dried Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Minced Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey
- 1 Chipotle Chile in Adobo Sauce
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 4 Onion Buns
Combine the first six ingredients in a bowl. Form into four equal patties and grill.
Chop up the Chile and mix with the Ketchup.
Toast the buns and put together the burgers.
I like to add lettuce and avocado to mine.
