Sweet ’n’ Sour MeatloafCarol
- 2 1/2 lbs. meatball mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onions
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
Mix meatloaf ingredients and one cup of sauce in a bowl.
Place in a lightly-greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Pour remaining sauce over meatloaf.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
A second batch of sauce can be heated and served to drizzle over meatloaf.
