  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup chocolate soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (optional) or 1 teaspoon wheat germ (optional)
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
  • 1 to 2 TBLS peanut butter, optional
Run out of chocolate soy milk? Use these directions
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened, powdered cocoa
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar or packet of Truvia natural sweetener
  • 1 cup plain rice or soy milk (depending on thickness desired)
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
