Ingredients- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup chocolate soy milk
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds (optional) or 1 teaspoon wheat germ (optional)
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
- 1 to 2 TBLS peanut butter, optional
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened, powdered cocoa
- 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar or packet of Truvia natural sweetener
- 1 cup plain rice or soy milk (depending on thickness desired)
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
