Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey (or chicken)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups broken spaghetti (pre-cook and set aside)

    Saute celery and onion in small amount of olive oil or butter. Combine soups in bowl and mix with a wire whisk.

    Layer in baking pan onion and celery, turkey, spaghetti, and soup mixture.

    Sprinkle paprika on top; cook for 1/2 hour on stove top to blend flavors

Corningware baking dishes work well because they can be placed right on top of the stove and then be used for serving as well
