Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 large green peppers
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 2 boxes (4 pkgs.) Liquid Certo

directions

    Put the peppers and cayenne pepper and half of the apple cider vinegar in blender. Blend until liquid.

    Take 6 cups of sugar and put in saucepan. Add the rest of the apple cider vinegar. Add green peppers from blender. Bring to a rolling boil and boil 5 minutes.

    Cool for 2 minutes then add Certo. Stir well.

    Keep covered in refrigerator.
