  • 1/2 cup Salt
  • 1 quart Vinegar
  • 3 quarts Water
  • pickles
  • dill
  • garlic

    Fill jars with clean washed pickles. Add dill and garlic bulb. Pour hot liquid mixture over pickles and seal.

    For peppers:

    Cut tops off peppers fill jar pour liquid over and seal.

    1/4 c salt, 1 pint vinegar, 6 cup water or 1/2 of above recipe.
