Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of beef stew
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 white potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of tomato sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp oil

    Heat oil in a pot and sear the meat on both sides.

    Chop vegetables into equal sized pieces. Add them to the pot with the meat. Add the tomato sauce and add water to cover halfway.

    Add salt, pepper, garlic and paprika to taste.

    Cover the pot and allow to simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Add more water as needed for the thinner, soupier stew.
